"I was very disappointed with this product, Carhartt is a great company and I would have expected more from them. The quality is well made BUT THIS HOOD DOES NOT FIT AND IS UNCOMFORTABLE TO WEAR! I am a very average size person 5 ft 8 and 150lbs...and purchased a coat appropriately sized and a hood to go with it...one size fits all...NOT TRUE! THE HOOD IS TOO SMALL IN EVERY DIMENSION. It is not large enough to cover your forehead in the front and not tall enough that the weight of the coat and any movements you make with your body cause the coat to pull on the hood uncomfortably...I WOULD STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM BUYING THIS HOOD...it needs to be completely redesigned!" Great addition to my Carhartt Jacket!

"I initially bought my Carhartt jacket without the hood, and quickly realized that it would be a nice addition with winter arriving. I ordered the hood through the website and it arrived quickly. Couldn't be happier with it. It's warm, is easily removed, and folds fairly flat on the back of the Jacket when not in use. "I purchased this hood to go with my size 50 tall arctic lined jacket. It is a great hood. It is one of the best designs that I have seen. It is just too small for a big man. I am 6'4" and wear a 7 5/8" hat. I have no double chin. They should make and large size for this hood. I returned the hood." Share this Review:

"Ive always worn Carhartt coats. I recently ordered a size 50 Black Duck coat. I also purchased this hood in black. It stated that it is one size fits all. Yes, it will fit the coat, but it certainly does not fit. I can put the hood up, but does not get past my temples, and certainly will not snap nor velcro. Honestly they act more as a choker than what i expected. I am aware that i am a "big boy". But, one size fits all, this item is not. Materials and craftsmanship definetly an A+. Super-Warm Hood

"This is a very warm hood that marries perfectly with my Duck Traditional Coat. When the hood is attached, the wind is defeated, and the fit is comfortable. I wish I had this coat/hood combination growing up! I strongly recommend adding this hood if you purchase the coat." Share this Review:
