"I use this hat in the winter up here in northern Connecticut. This is a great hat to wear when you are plowing or snowblowing. I wear it over my Ford cap and the tandem is unstoppable. "This hat helped me out during some repair work just south of Chicago. Traveled from PA and when I got there it was about 38 degrees with 30 MPH winds. I had a coat and gloves, but no hat.
