"These gloves lasted longer than any other glove I have purchased. They do a fine job standing up to the abuses from fencing, cutting and gathering firewood and moving rocks (the big lava type). I would like to see the index finger protected with additional leather because this is where my gloves wore through and tore at the seem whith 4 weeks of heavy use. They still lasted 1 week longer than gloves costing twice as much!" Share this Review:

Gloves That Will Beat Barbed Wire

"I do a pretty good bit of barbed wire fencing on a farm that i work on, and these gloves get me through it. I have tried to use other brand gloves that say they can withstand barbed wire punctures, but these gloves are the only ones that will withstand barbed wire. I have actually loaned these gloves out because other guys that I am working with, their gloves are not strong enough to keep the barbed wire from breaking through. Best gloves for tough work!!" Best work gloves ever

"Put these in your will as they likely to outlast you. I have never had a pair of gloves last me more then a year. I use them for everything. After receiving these I could tell they were made tough but it was after I used them while chopping a load of firewood; that I realized how comfortable they are. I went on to wear them all day for the rest of my outdoor chores. Recently I was replacing a pane of glass, when it slipped and slid across my gloved hand. I am convinced that any other glove would have split wide open and my hand would have been cut but the extra layer of leather definitely saved a painful trip to the ER.
