Highest Quality and value.
Date: January 27, 2010
"Bib's around our place get a constant and regular workout. Tree falling, firewood, brush clearing, including blackberrys. They stand up and preform day in and day out. Many Carhartt products are a main stay on the farm, protection, comfort, durable. Thank you to the men and women whom make this superior product."

"I wear these all the time for farmwork. I've had them for about 9 months and there are virtually no signs of wear. I've only had to wash them once - they just absorb the dirt."

Durable everyday wear
Date: October 5, 2009
"These bibs provide good comfort with a strong durable fabric which last for over a year of daily work wear. Providing protection from deck grating while working on knees due to the double knee protection, higher portion of bibs and back help to provide warmth in cooler weather. Strength of material resists tearing and damge while climbing through tank rails and rigging. Plenty of secure pockets for phone, pens, glasses and flashlight."

best for 20 years
Date: June 17, 2009
"I work in the petroleum industry in Alaska. I have worn your bibs for 20 of those years. I've tried other brands and been dissapointed always comming back to Carhartt.
You used to make the best sweat pants on the face of the planet. I could never understand why you quit.
I did like the bibs better when they had the button fly.

Holds up where the rest fell apart.

"Over the course of a two month job, I destroyed about a half a dozen pairs of jeans. A coworker suggested ordering something from Carhartt. These were actually cheaper than any of those jeans I destroyed and have been holding up for several months now. I haven't managed a single rip.
They are extremely comfortable the first time you put them on, and only get better as you break them in.
The knee pad insert slot is great if you get some pads to put in there. So much more comfortable than traditional knee pads. With nothing wrapped around your leg, you hardly notice they're there until you need them.
If you're sick of buying new pairs of jeans every week like I was, you won't regret picking a pair of these up."

Men's Duck Bib #: R01
Date: March 23, 2009
"These bibs are great; love them. They have the tough design and quality details of Carhartt heavy-duty construction clothing but with a softer, prewashed material. This material is thick and strong yet feels plush and comfortable on delivery.
I prefer the darker colors (e.g., forest green and black) that don’t show stains. Whether you’re a hard-working construction guy, a gentleman farmer, or a couch-monkey watching the game, these overalls will meet your requirements and exceed your expectations.
There are many pockets, material-doubled friction areas (like knees), and dense sewing with rivet-reinforced stress-points. Plus your pants won’t fall down with the wide suspenders. Notably, the bib protects your shirt from dread ‘dip-drip’ and ‘ash-burn.’ Just wipe with a damp sponge and they are ready for the next bucket of mud, latex paint, and dressed Po-Boy sandwich or the sports game, cigar, and seven-layer dip.
These overalls are suitable for year round use. Add a warm shirt in the Fall, long-johns in the Winter, short sleeves in the Spring, and go ‘commando’ in the Summer. The black pair even transforms into an American ‘Workers Tuxedo’ when combined with a starched white shirt and black bow tie. ;-) They would also make excellent survival clothing in times of disasters.
Bottom line: Try these Carhartt overalls and you won’t want to wear anything else. You will order more after you buy your first pair.
PS: Remember to stuff the suspender hooks and buckles into the breast pockets before washing to avoid them clanging around in the drier.
Enjoy,
Bear

Awesome fit
Date: January 15, 2009
"I bought these coveralls for my husband. He works outside, and doesn't like insulated bibs, as they get him too hot.
He really likes the way these fit. I got them a little big, but he says they're very comfortable. And the price wasn't outrageous either!"

Worthwhile Protection
Date: November 17, 2008
"I had bought these for wear while working at a chemical plant while inspecting piping there. I then wore them while on another inspection job at a power plant in North Georgia and found them to help protect me from getting burns, especially my knees due to the double knee, from the hot steel during the day while I made my inspections there by wearing them over my regular work pants. Having enough pockets to put inspection tools and other needed items I had to carry was a plus (not to mention a bottle of water in the back pocket)."
